Sample design of 200 m3/day biochemical sewage purification station
After purification of the household sewage characterised by BOD20 = 150 - 500 mg/L, suspended matters 200 - 400 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen content 15 - 30 mg/L, phosphorus content 3 - 5 mg/L, the clarified and disinfected water will have the following characteristics: BOD20 3 - 5 mg/L; suspended matters 1 - 5 mg/L; ammonia nitrogen content up to 2 mg/L; nitrate nitrogen content up to 9 mg/L; phosphorus content up to 1 mg/L.
The resulting purification quality permits to use this water for watering greenery and for technical needs, which might require to introduce a purified water tank into the purification flow chart.
